Kitchens and bathrooms usually run for several weeks in construction once materials are in and the job starts. We give you a written timeline before work begins, and your dedicated project manager tracks it throughout. We plan carefully upfront, so construction moves smoothly — that’s why we don’t skip the design phase.
A Design Agreement is how we develop your project before locking in a price. Under it, we create 3D renderings of your space, guide you through material and finish selections, and write a detailed scope of work. Once that’s done, we can give you a price that actually reflects what you’re building — not a rough number that changes later. Your Design Agreement investment applies toward the full project when you move forward. It applies to kitchens and bathrooms; exterior projects like roofing, siding, and windows don’t require it.
Chase Remodeling backs every remodeling project with a 5-year written warranty on workmanship — kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, roofing, siding, windows, and doors. Concrete work carries a 1-year written warranty. It’s documented in your project file, not a verbal promise. If something isn’t right within the warranty period, we come back and fix it — no runaround, no subcontractor finger-pointing.
Yes. Every project at Chase Remodeling is assigned a single dedicated project manager who handles your job from construction start to final walkthrough. They coordinate trades, manage the schedule, and are your direct line if anything comes up. You won’t get passed around.
For projects that require them — additions, structural changes, decks — yes, Chase Remodeling manages the permit process as part of our service. We’re familiar with requirements across Montgomery, Howard, Prince George’s, Carroll, and Frederick counties. We don’t start construction until permits are approved.
Yes. Chase Remodeling is fully licensed and insured in Maryland, BBB A+ accredited since 1993, and recognized as a Qualified Remodeler Top 500 company. We’re also EPA Lead-Safe certified.
Payments are tied to project milestones — a deposit at contract signing, with remaining payments structured around defined stages of construction. The full schedule is written into your contract before work begins.
Spring and summer start dates fill faster than most people expect. If you have a target start date in mind, the earlier you reach out the better — especially for kitchens and bathrooms, which go through a design phase before construction is scheduled.
